Guest Stay Accommodation Policy Dei Gratia High Tea House 11 Loch Goyle Drive, Woodville, 2321 This policy outlines guidelines for guests staying at Dei Gratia High Tea House to ensure a comfortable, safe, and respectful experience. By booking, guests agree to these terms. 1. Booking and Payment Bookings must be made via our website or in person (cash only for in-person bookings). Full payment is required at booking. We accept credit/debit cards and cash. Cancellations: 8+ days before check-in: Full refund. 7 or fewer days: 100% fee. No-shows: 100% fee. Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7 business days. 2. Check-in and Check-out Check-in: 2:00 PM. Confirm arrival time with Belinda in advance. Check-out: 12:00 PM. Late check-out (up to 4:00 PM) is available upon request for a cash fee. Key access details will be provided upon arrival. 3. Guest Conduct Respectful behavior is required. Noise restrictions: Friday/Saturday: Quiet by 12:00 AM. Sunday-Thursday: Quiet by 10:00 PM. Guests are responsible for property care. Report damages immediately; fees may apply. The host is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. 4. Guest Responsibilities Only registered guests may stay. Unapproved visitors are not allowed. Smoking/vaping is prohibited; violations incur a cleaning fee and may result in eviction. Horses are welcome under specific conditions: $15 per horse (max 4), paid in cash upon arrival. Guests supply feed; host provides a paddock, stable, and water. Host is not liable for injuries or damages to horses. 5. Housekeeping and Amenities Accommodation is cleaned before arrival. Guests must leave it tidy; a $50 cleaning fee applies if left unclean. Strip bed linen and leave used towels in the bathroom upon check-out. Kitchen use is permitted; clean up after use. Dispose of rubbish in the black bin outside before departure. 6. Emergencies and Complaints For emergencies, contact Belinda at 0481 500 800. Report complaints promptly for resolution. 7. Liability The host is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses beyond their control, including those involving animals or fire pit use. Guests must comply with NSW fire restrictions. 8. Data Privacy Guest information is handled per privacy regulations and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law. 9. Acceptance of Terms By booking, guests agree to this policy.
